Our workshop faithfully recreates the Seil 18 using premium marine-grade materials, including Western Red Cedar, Marine Mahogany, Teak detailing, and U.S.-manufactured Hexcel fiberglass, sealed and protected with System Three marine spar varnish for lasting durability and depth of finish.

Each vessel is handcrafted using the traditional plank-on-frame or marine plywood stitch-and-glue method (as specified by design), ensuring structural integrity, optimal weight distribution, and authentic craftsmanship.
