The Sirocco 20' Deep-Vee Inboard Sport Craft is a performance-oriented classic sport boat designed to deliver stability, speed, and versatility for offshore recreation. Our workshop faithfully recreates this classic sport craft using premium marine materials-including Western Red Cedar, Mahogany, Teak, and high-grade marine plywood reinforced with U.S.-made Hexcel fiberglass cloth. Each hull is sealed with marine epoxy and finished with multiple coats of System Three marine spar varnish to ensure durability and a refined finish. The vessel is handcrafted using traditional plank-on-frame and modern marine reinforcement techniques, resulting in a strong, seaworthy wooden boat with elegant proportions and a performance-driven hull form. Typical build time ranges from 4-6 months, depending on engine configuration, interior layout, and finishing specifications.
