It features upper and lower transparent tempered glass, timeless design, and makes a versatile accent piece for your home. The cart features 4 wheels that rotate freely in a full 360 degree and two of the wheels feature a wheel lock. Comment: I liked the style and look of this cart. Purchased it blind because there weren’t any reviews I could find. I would’ve returned though hadn’t I not torn the box. It’s a bit wobbly for what I’m using it for,I deducted stars for that and because I don’t like the fact the middle screws on this cart stick out in a weird way versus being able to fully screw them in and that lacks appeal to me.
