The cart features 4 wheels that rotate freely in a full 360 degree and two of the wheels feature a wheel lock. Everything to assemble is included in the box including the Allen key needed to secure the screws that hold the frame together. It can fit anywhere in your home or be used as a solo accent piece. Comment: I liked the style and look of this cart. Purchased it blind because there weren’t any reviews I could find. I would’ve returned though hadn’t I not torn the box. It’s a bit wobbly for what I’m using it for,I deducted stars for that and because I don’t like the fact the middle screws on this cart stick out in a weird way versus being able to fully screw them in and that lacks appeal to me.
