This is the REAL version of the Venetian Gondola. Our full-sized Venetian Gondola boats are meticulously crafted using time-honored techniques and the finest materials available. With over 30 years of expertise, our passionate master craftsmen ensure each venetian boat is a masterpiece. High-grade wood strips, kiln-dried for durability, are expertly joined by hand before being encased in fiberglass and bonded with epoxy resin. A final coat of marine varnish preserves the wood's natural beauty for generations to come.
The Gondola boats undergo a rigorous quality control process, ensuring impeccable craftsmanship. Taking 600-800 hours or more to complete, every detail is meticulously attended to, elevating each venetian gondola from mere transportation to a true work of art.
At the front, there's a Fèrro, often decorated with designs like seahorses or mythical creatures. Opposite to this, at the back, you'll see the gondolier standing. Then, there's the single oar used to move the gondola. It's long, lopsided, and needs a specific way of rowing for good steering. Finally, there's a Fórcola for the oar, found at the back on the right side. It's made intricately to help control the direction of the gondola precisely. Each holder is made to fit the gondolier's height and needs, so they're all unique.
